Age Verification

All applicants and creators must be 18 years of age or older. Strict government-issued ID verification is mandatory before onboarding.

Revenue Split Agreement

Bangkok Connect operates on a 50/50 revenue split model. All revenue generated through managed accounts is split equally between the creator and Bangkok Connect.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

All parties are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement covering proprietary strategies, business operations, and creator information.

Model Release

Creators must sign a model release form granting permission for content to be distributed across agreed-upon platforms.

Content Ownership

Creators retain ownership of their content. Bangkok Connect is granted a license to manage, distribute, and monetize content on behalf of the creator for the duration of the agreement.

Tax Responsibility

Each creator is independently responsible for their own tax obligations in their country of residence. Bangkok Connect does not provide tax advice and is not liable for individual tax compliance.

Termination Clause

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as outlined in the signed contract. Termination terms, notice periods, and post-termination obligations are detailed in the individual creator agreement.

Jurisdiction

All agreements are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction specified in the signed contract. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the arbitration or court procedures outlined therein.
